5. Nature of Points

Points provided within the Service are not cash, electronic money, prepaid value, or any form of legal tender. Points are internal service indicators used solely within the Service.

The accumulation, confirmation, availability, and usage of points are subject to server-side verification. The Company does not guarantee immediate issuance of points.

The Company’s server records shall be the sole and final authority in determining point balance, validity, and eligibility.

6. Point Accumulation

Users may accumulate points through walking activities and other participation mechanisms provided by the Service, including but not limited to missions, tickets, or access passes.

Point accumulation may be restricted, delayed, adjusted, or denied depending on device conditions, operating system policies, network status, or server verification results.

The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, continuity, or availability of point accumulation.

7. Walking Activity Data Disclaimer

Points related to walking activities are calculated based on step count data provided by the user’s device or operating system.

Step count data may be inaccurate due to device errors, sensor limitations, operating system changes, background restrictions, or network conditions.

The Company does not guarantee real-time reflection or accuracy of walking data.

8. Ticket System

The Company may operate a ticket or access-pass system to enable or restrict access to certain features or content.

Tickets have no cash value, are non-refundable, and non-transferable.

The availability, usage conditions, expiration, or limitations of tickets may be modified according to the Company’s operational policies.

9. Server Verification and Reward Delay

Points and rewards are issued only after successful server-side verification.

Issuance may be delayed or denied due to external service delays, system maintenance, verification processes, or policy enforcement.

The Company bears no obligation to compensate for delayed or unissued points.

10. Network Structure and Remaining Points

The Service may include a network-based participation or referral structure that affects service operations.

Points that are not distributed due to unmet conditions or policy limitations may be classified as remaining or residual points.

Residual points are considered operational resources of the Service and do not grant users any ownership, claim, or financial rights.

11. Expiration and Forfeiture of Points

Points are not guaranteed to be valid indefinitely and may be subject to expiration under Company policies.

Points may be forfeited in whole or in part due to:

• Prolonged inactivity or lack of participation
• Failure to meet accumulation or usage conditions
• Fraudulent or abnormal activities
• Violations of these Terms
• Policy changes or operational requirements

Expired or forfeited points cannot be restored, refunded, or transferred.

The Company bears no liability for losses resulting from point expiration.

12. Policy Changes and Prior Notice

The Company may modify point accumulation methods, ticket structures, or expiration policies as necessary for service operation.

Where reasonable, advance notice may be provided through in-service announcements or notifications.

However, immediate changes may be applied without prior notice for security, system stability, or urgent operational reasons.

Applicability

These Terms apply to all services and applications operated by DreamBridge HQ, including current and future services, unless otherwise stated.
