Request deletion of your LuckyPick PH account and related data. This page is publicly available and does not require login.
How to request deletion
To delete your LuckyPick PH account and associated data, submit your email address and User ID using the form below, or send them to:
Your User ID can be found in the LuckyPick PH app (profile or account settings). Include both fields so we can verify and process your request.
Requests are processed manually within 24–72 hours.
What will be deleted
- Your LuckyPick PH account
- Recommendation history and related app usage records tied to your account
- Other data associated with your LuckyPick PH profile, as applicable
Account deletion is irreversible once processing is complete.
